Escape From Oz (1984)

Escape From Oz is a 1984 horror sequel to the beloved 1939 musical fantasy film The Wizard of Oz. The film follows the return of Dorothy to the Land of Oz, where she discovers that the Wicked Witch of the West has returned with a vengeance and is determined to wreak havoc on the peaceful inhabitants of Oz. Dorothy joins forces with her old friends the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Cowardly Lion to battle the Wicked Witch and her minions. Along the way, Dorothy discovers the truth about the Wizard of Oz and the true power behind the magical land, becoming imprisoned within. In the end, Dorothy and her friends must rely on their courage and strength to save Oz from the Wicked Witch and ultimately find a way to Escape from Oz.
